I am the one that spent the effort to shoot these videos, and I personally own them all. This is my copyright notice, and these are my rules. Most are obvious, enjoy but don’t make money off them. However for the uninitiated this is a pedagogical spelling of the birds and the bees.


YES ITEMS (you can do these):
  1. YES, you can enjoy the videos at home with your friends and family.
  2. YES, you can download the full version. YES, you can burn it to DVD and enjoy it in your living room. YES, you can burn all the videos on a single DVD and enjoy them together.
  3. YES, you can have friends over, have a party and enjoy the videos. (BUT NO FUND RAISING PARTY, PLEASE).
  4. YES, you can use still images of the site for review, discussion, bashing of my site. You can post a link to anywhere on my site, even the copyright verbiage if you must (really now, it’s not that interesting, unless you must).
  5. IT IS OK TO LINK TO AN ANCHOR ON MY PAGE AND TELL OTHER PEOPLE THAT THIS IS HOW ANOTHER VIEWER SAW THINGS. TO VIEW THE VIDEO, YOUR CLIENTS WILL NEED TO LEAVE YOUR PAGE AND VIEW THE VIDEO ON MY PAGE, THEN COME BACK TO YOUR PAGE. Sorry, but I do not provide back index HTML facilities to your site.
  6. YES, you can give a DVD away as a gift with this print out attached and equally legible.
  7. YES, you can give a DVD away as a party favor, with this print out attached and equally legible, in all social parties where there is NO financial gain.


NO ITEMS (these are forbidden):
  1. You can NOT download the videos to your site, and claim they are yours. You can NOT link to the videos off my site, and claim they are yours. IT IS OK TO LINK TO AN ANCHOR ON MY PAGE AND TELL OTHER PEOPLE THAT THIS IS HOW ANOTHER VIEWER SAW THINGS. TO VIEW THE VIDEO, YOUR CLIENTS WILL NEED TO LEAVE YOUR PAGE AND VIEW THE VIDEO ON MY PAGE, THEN COME BACK TO YOUR PAGE. This is helpful to say a hotel chain, or a tourist office that wants to direct people to my page and tell them this is a video of what they are trying to sell, shot by some other dude. All videos on my site have named anchors in front of them, so just look at the code, find the anchor, and refer them to there. It’s OK, I do not own a hotel in your market, and I am not going to steal your client.
  2. You can NOT use my videos for a fund raiser. NOT on a page, NOT in an event, NOT anywhere.
  3. You can NOT use my videos for a public service. NOT on a page, NOT in an event, NOT anywhere.
  4. You can NOT use my videos for a non profit event. NOT on a page, NOT in an event, NOT anywhere.
  5. You can NOT modify the video and claim that is yours. I have additional editing-room-floor footage for each video, and WILL always be able to prove it came off my video camera. I have surrounding videos of that area and can prove a sequence of events too.
  6. You can NOT use the videos for a "party" for which admission/raffle tickets were sold (you know very well you going to make a profit off the raffle, right?).
  7. You can NOT use the videos for a discussion of my site. That will become content for your venue, off which you make money, and my videos will be free candy for you . . . no way (use still images of my page(s) if you feel you must revue my site).
  8. You can NOT use my videos as a party favor for a fund raising, public service, raffle based event. YES, you can give a DVD away as a party favor, with this print out attached and equally legible, provided it is a social party, with no financial gain involved.
  9. By the way, YOU CAN NOT SELL MY VIDEOS ANYWHERE, IN ANY FORMAT, not even with this notice attached. Ah right, nobody has ever been empowered to sell TWV videos either, so no agent claims will ever be recognized. Anybody attempting to sell these videos is a fraud, and should be reported via the proper channels.

All videos are General Audience type videos. However, I do NOT know you, and I can not be held responsible for any action you may take as a result of viewing my videos. I do NOT advocate or recommend any particular type of action for you to undertake as the result of viewing my videos.


All characters and scenes in my videos are non-fictional, unrehearsed, and have occurred in real life as they are being documented in my videos. Any persons captured in my videos happened to be at that place, at that time, and no intent was made to single out any such individual.


This is a FREE page, and will always stay so. I am not a professional, and I do not charge. I post what I want, when I feel like, and I hope others will enjoy it. I do NOT take requests, suggestions, and commercial assignments. I make no promises, and I do not know what is coming up next. These are videos I shot on my vacation, for my own pleasure, and I happen to think it may be fun to share with others. The videos selection is based on my musings, and no attempt whatsoever was made to cover an area in any disciplined manner.
